Sephaku Holdings Limited announced on Wednesday that Sephaku Cement has begun commercial production at its Delmas milling plant. Sephaku Cement (SepCem), an associate company of Sephaku Holdings,is currently developing a cement production facility at Aganang in the North West Province as well as the grinding facility at Delmas in Mpumalanga.

Recent cold commissioning milestones at the Delmas grinding plant have included the starting of the mill motor, ID fan and mill separator, Heinrich de Beer, engineering project manager at Sephaku Cement has stated. “Clinker offloading is in full swing and in the stage of final setting optimisation," he explained.
